Google Earth environmental data files

European air quality data

These files can be displayed with Google Earth. They show the air quality in Europe as measured from the monitoring networks of each European country. Sites are represented in green if they comply with the European Union directives on air quality on sulphur dioxide (SO2), particulate matter with aerodynamic size up to 10 micron (PM10), ozone (O3), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), nitrogen oxides (NOX), benzene (C6H6) and lead (Pb). In red if they do not. Only values measured at monitoring stations with more than 75% of valid data are represented.

Wind roses in some places of the world

These files can be displayed with Google Earth or directly imported within a Google map in your web pages (as the exemple here shown for Montreal, Canada). They show the wind roses in some places of the world. Other places and other years will be added. All the wind roses have been produced using the WindRose PRO software starting from processed METAR data.
