Who is responsible for your data
Enviroware srl, Via Dante Alighieri 142, 20863 Concorezzo (MB), Italy, VAT IT02665200966, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, write to info@enviroware.com.
Data and purposes
- Enquiries: name, email address, telephone number if supplied, and the content of your message are used to respond to you. The contact form asks for your consent to this processing. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
- Quotations and orders: contact details, the requested dataset, coordinates, period, calculation settings and instructions are used to prepare a quotation and manage the requested service. This processing is necessary for steps requested before entering a contract and for its performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Legal accounting obligations may require further processing under Article 6(1)(c).
- Website operation and security: technical information, including IP address and request information, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure and anti-abuse measures to deliver the site and protect it. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Optional services: Google Analytics statistics, Zendesk/Zopim chat and embedded Google content are enabled only after your corresponding choice. These services may process technical identifiers, browsing information and, for chat, information you choose to provide. The basis for optional tracking is consent (Article 6(1)(a)); see the cookie policy.
Providing data is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond or supply a requested service without the relevant contact or order details. Cookie consent is separate from the processing of information submitted in a form. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from sending an enquiry or requesting a quotation.
Recipients and external services
Data may be accessed by authorised Enviroware personnel and suppliers providing hosting, email and technical support to the extent needed for their tasks. Optional services involve Google and Zendesk. Where you follow a link to a newsletter, payment service or another website, that service has its own privacy information. We do not use the website forms to subscribe you automatically to marketing communications.
Third-party services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy information describes their processing locations and transfer arrangements: Google privacy policy and Zendesk privacy information. You can leave these optional services disabled.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained for the time needed to handle the request and any subsequent correspondence. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by applicable obligations. Technical information is kept for operational and security needs. Retention may be extended where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Contact us for information about a particular record. Browser preference and optional cookie durations are described in the cookie policy.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@enviroware.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority.
