Emissions from industrial plants

The new installation or the modification of some industrial plants must sometimes be preceded by an Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA), which requires multidisciplinary knowledges concerning all the environmental aspects. Enviroware, with respect to the impact to the atmosphere, by means of the simulation of future emission scenarios is capable to evaluate the impact which the new or modified plant. The atmospheric simulation models used by Enviroware are a standard at international level, and they are recognised as valid tools. Among these models there are for example CALMET/CALPUFF, AERMOD, ISC3 (short term or long term), CALINE, OCD5 and many others.

Enviroware has acquired a big experience in characterising the emission scenarios and in carrying out dispersion simulations, studying the impact of large petrochemical plants, power production plants, natural gas compression plants, waste treatment plants, offshore platforms, cooling towers and other source types.
